MEET TABITHA E. SMITH
Meet Tabitha, a local care Practitioner born and raised In the Hampton Roads area. Esteemed by her colleagues & family as a fierce advocate for older adults and the elderly. Tabitha began her healthcare career volunteering in local hospitals when she was a senior in High school. In 2003, she began serving the elderly as a patient advocate in a local Nursing Home. In 2007, she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Management from Norfolk State University School of Allied Health.
After graduation she began working as an Admissions Director for a Skilled Nursing Facility where she worked with local physicians and hospitals to transition patients as appropriate, to various levels of care. In 2011, Tabitha was authorized to practice as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Practitioner for the state of Virginia. She then went on to Graduate with Honors from Loyola University Chicago Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy School with a Masters of Jurisprudence (MJ) in Health Law in 2017.

CEO AND FOUNDER
After serving as a Director for Senior Services of Southeastern VA, the Areas Local Agency on Aging, Tabitha decided to recruit like-minded professionals who had a deep compassion for Older Adults. In 2021, after 19 years of advocating for seniors and their caregivers, she founded Integrity Healthcare Solutions, LLC, where she continues to work with families and their aging loved ones in the Southeastern VA community.
